Sergio Ranciaro has over 12 years of experience in the national and international financial markets.

Currently, Mr. Ranciaro is a structured product portfolio manager certified by the Brazilian Financial and Capital Markets Association.

As an entrepreneur, Mr. Ranciaro was a founding partner of an investment boutique, spearheading landmark cross-border deals that exceeded US$ 1 billion.

As a certified Board Director by the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance, he actively contributes through board roles in private and nonprofit organizations. Mr. Ranciaro also served as a partner at Rio Bravo Project Finance, working on M&A and Structured Finance Operations. Mr. Ranciaro held positions within the Investment Banking Division of Bank of America Merrill Lynch as well as within the Investment Arm of the International Finance Corporation, a member of the World Bank Group.

Mr. Ranciaro holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of São Paulo. Furthermore, he completed Executive Education courses in Negotiation Mastery, Data Science, and Disruptive Strategy at Harvard Business School and has academic experiences at Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen in Germany and Westland School Technology College in England.

Mauro Battisti has 23 years of professional experience in finance and on the energy & infrastructure sectors. He has built throughout this period a career focused on Investment Banking in Latin America and Europe, having successfully closed hundreds of transactions in more than 20 countries, and representing institutions like BTG Pactual (where he was one of the partners responsible for the coverage of clients in the energy segment), BNP Paribas (where he held the role of Global co-head of Energy & Renewables), Banco Itaú BBA, HSBC and Dresdner Kleinwort (both based in London/UK and with a global mandate). Mauro holds a BA in Economics from the University of São Paulo, a MBA from The Wharton School and a MA in International Studies from the same University of Pennsylvania. Lastly, he speaks fluent Portuguese, English, Italian and Spanish, having had life and professional experience in all these regions.
